Chris, a native of Steamboat Springs, started building custom cabinets and furniture about 25 years ago. After many years of client service and satisfaction he envisioned expanding his business to service more clients with more affordable, top quality, unique kitchen designs; the kind everyone dreams of and can obtain. By using the best cabinet suppliers and installers and overseeing the selection of appliances, hardware and countertops for the complete Kitchen Perfection package, Chris can ensure customer satisfaction regardless of service level.

| Robin Haight
Owner/CFO
Robin has been in the home building business for 17 years. Before life in Steamboat she specialized in inside sales for the well known Weyerhaeuser Company in their Wood Door and Hardware Division for the Midwest Territory. Robin and her husband Chris started Kitchen Perfection, Inc. in 1991 out of a very small shop and developed the business into the amazing showroom and shop that it is today and has been since 2001.

| Lois White
Design/Sales
Lois moved to Steamboat July of 2010 from Grand County Colorado. She has a BS from Iowa State University where she studied architecture and design. Lois had taken many courses from NKBA on design. The last 11 years have been spent doing residential and commercial design of new construction and remodels. She has done work on cabinets, countertops, appliances, tiles, plumbing and lighting. Lois feels it is important to listen to what the customer wants and needs and then blend to meet the budget presented. Life is all about finding creative solutions to issues presented before us.

| Phil Schaffer
Shop and Scheduling, Appliance Installation, Laminate Countertops
Phil has been with Kitchen Perfection for 10 years, specializing in appliance installations and laminate countertops. Phil spent 17 years working in Home Prefabrication. He is an experienced carpenter with a graduate degree from Colorado State University.

| Leif Ormesher
Cabinet Installation
20 years experience in custom wood work, finish carpentry and has also worked building custom cabinetry for the past 6 years. Leif has been in Steamboat for about 10 years. He moved here from Florida. He enjoys hunting ,fishing and dirt bikes.
